Carolyn Waters Broe is an American Conductor, violist and composer. She is the conductor of the Four Seasons Orchestra which is a professional chamber orchestra in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has conducted world, European and American premieres of new music. The Four Seasons Orchestra was nominated in two Grammy categories under her directions in 2000. Carolyn Broe earned her Doctorate in Musical Arts at Arizona State University. She has been the featured soloist with California and Arizona orchestras. Broe studied conducting with John Koshak of Chapman University. She attended masterclasses with Leonard Bernstein, Daniel Lewis, Herbert Bloomstedt, and Seiji Ozawa.
