Hi Jack,

Yes, the price list came in on the gmail!!!

From the pictures, descriptions, and prices these looked like outstanding offers
for a dealer to do markups.

If you could send me a full size sample for me to play and check out, maybe
we could work out a contract.

Let me know what you need to get to the next step.

Dear Mr Jordan,

I'm very pleased made a call with you.

You have talked about dealers in America, I'm sorry to tell you that we have no dealers. We do not do business in dealer mode, we just offer our instruments for local dealer and shops, and then they usually sales the instruments at least three times higher than us, the relationship between we and the shops just like you and me. We just offer instruments, as you can see from the price list, the price are our FOB dealer price, it is very cheaper than you buy from your local, so I recommend buy it from us.

For the shipping, you know we usually send goods by air, we use the EMS for the shipping it is the largest shipping compangy in China, it's very quickly and safely. And we will pay more attention to the package to insure the safety of the goods, you can get your order about 5 working days. The detail shipping cost, we need to know your detail order, then we can calculate for you.

For the payment,  If you worry we do not send the violin to you, you can send the payment to us by PayPal, you know, the PayPal usually protect the interests of buyers.

Maybe there is somgthing wrong with the phone signal, I can't understand you clearly. Is there any other questions? Please let us know.

Hope we can begin our business as soon as possible, we will try our best for you.

Waiting for you reply.

Best regards!

Hi Jack,

I find the shipping cost to be very high!
Is there any way of bringing down the cost?
Finally, the only way I would consider a purchase
would be thru an old-fashioned Amercan way,
COD! I could then use my Chase Business card,
letting UPS or Fed Ex or whatever deliverer check
out the card.

Dear Mr Jordan,

Good morning.

We underested that you are worry about the violin's sound quality. As I told you in my last email, our violins have been tested and proved by many violinists from different countries. Now I would like to share some videos of the violinists who were testing our violins, please enjoy them via the links below:

By the way, how do you think about the shipping cost?

Please let us know your idea.

Waiting for your reply.

Have a nice day.

Dear Jack Su,

You failed to address the main issue of my last email:
COD shipment.

I find it ridiculous when you say "we do not have COD in
China." COD is everywhere in the known universe. If G-d
calls you and he says he has a message for you and you say "okay,
send it COD." God sends his message, "You have to sacrifice
your son Isaac." You can reply either Yes or No.

The way COD works in China you send YOUR violin to me
without payment until I see it and play on it for one day and then either I send it back to you
or I keep it and send my check to you for the full balance of the invoice.

COD is merely a variation of what is called an "EITHER--OR SITUATION."

Now you might not be able to employ this situation because it is not
your violin in which case you should put me in touch with the owner
of your business. Or, as the owner of the violin you are free to say No
as a universal human response given to everyone who communicates
in any language.

Dear Jordan.

Hope all well.

I am sorry, there is no cheaper way for ship the violin to you. If you order more, for example, 50 pieces(it is the MOQ for ship by sea way), we can try to send them to you by boat, it is more cheaper. But there is just one violin, if we send it to you by boat, the cost will be more than by air!

Waiting for your reply.

Dear Mr Jordan,

Thanks for your reply.

It is impossible for us do business by COD. As the rules of our company, the Shipping department will be shiped after the money received in the Finanical department, so we can not accept COD. And in the past, we have such examples, we shipping goods with COD to  Florida. However, after that we can not contact the customer in any way! This payment form is no guarantee for us, so our company policy not accept COD.

I can understand your worried. Please do not worry about it. You know, we are specialize in the exportation of violin for more than 15 years, which have enjoyed great popularity in world market, our customer all over around the world! We pay more attention to our reputation in business,we try our best to everyone. We promise that if the violin damaged on the way, you can send it back, we change a new one for you or return your money.

How do you think?

Best Wishes.

Hi Jack,
I just had to pay over $1500 for my 16 year old cat's dental problems. At this point I am strapped for cash and must wait before I buy a violin.

But there is another problem with buying a violin from your company. I do not use any of the three methods your company requires for payment.

My plan therefore is to post on my violin blog a wanted ad calling for a local dealer who has one of your violins who will take my credit card.

I will let you know how I make out. You can see my ad for your violins on my blog arizonaviolin.blogspot.com

Hi Jack,

The shipment arrived today, Wednesday, May 22, 5 days after Saturday when it was sent out.

There were four large sized cracks in the violin. Two were on top of the violin starting from the f holes on both sides and running in both cases straight up to the outer edges and two were at the bottom of the f holes running straight down along side of the finger board.

The back seam was also open.

Fixing these cracks would cost more than the violin.

I do not want to send the case and bow back since I paid for them and they are all right.

And I not want to send the violin back until I get a new one without cracks from you..

Could you send me a new violin in a parcel post box that does not have any cracks in it? After I receive the new violin I will return the first one in the parcel post box you send--hopefully free of parcel post costs.

Also,  can I order a sound post setter from your company?

I noticed that in earlier e-mails you said if there were cracks in the violin I should return the violin and you will send a new one.
What is your policy on paying the freight for returned merchandise? If I have to pay $45 again to get another one, that does not seem fair to me. Under the circumstances I would prefer not to send it back but to use it as an example to never do any more business with your company and to say on my blog that it is best for anyone else not to do business with your company.

Hi Jack,

I delivered the violin you sent me with the four cracks and the open back to my repair man, Angelo Eftimeo of Valley of the Sun Violin Shop. I made the delivery on Tuesday 5/28/13. Angelo has as a delaer purchased several high priced instruments from your company and unlike in my case with you, has had very good experiences with the
salesmen he has dealt with. Angelo tells me he has talked to your wife, Nancy Wu, who said she will pass the information
along to you.

Angelo has taken photos of the cracks and has offered to repair them at a very reasonable price which in your last email
to me you said you would pay the bill for the damage instead of sending me a new violin.

I would like to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. I have several actions I could use to seek redress for this unfortunate occurrence.

A) I could publish a narrative of the bad experience I have had with Dexin thru your offices on my Violin blog,arizonaviolin.blogspot.com.
B) I could try to have my bank credit your company for a bad transaction made in bad faith, like a Pay Pal support
benefit.
C) I could take my case to a collection lawyer or write away to the Judge Judy as a TV complaint procedure.
D) You could have a new violin sent to me free of shipping charges. Angelo told me he had no shipping charges at all!!!

Hi Jack,

Angelo was supposed to send you the photos and a repair bill when I left it with him on
Tuesday, but he failed me. When I called him today he said he was too busy to help me.
So I said I would pick it up tomorrow morning and try something else.

I will have to find someone else to help me with the photos and repair bill estimates.
But that will take me more time.

In wanting to see your violins it was my intention to become a dealer for you as a retirement
business. I would like to get on Pay Pal to pay that way for your products.
As soon as I get on to Pay Pal I will order just another violin from you next grade up.
You say, "We can give you some discount in your next order.
How do you think?"
For the next violin, If you can send it to me free of shipment charge, I think that will be an
honorable discount.

Meanwhile, I will work on getting a Pay Pal account and the photos and repair bill from
another dealer. It sounds like Angelo is angry that you sold to me direct, so I do not want
to irritate him any further with my Dexin problems.
Be assured, If my goal is to be an esteemed dealer with your business I certainly will not flash your
company's price lists about.
As a violinist I have seen many bows in my 81 years. The bow you sent me is the best playing
bow I have ever held in my old hands. Its presence more that compensated for the disaster your
shipping company visited on my violin.

Hopeful for better future outcomes,

Jordan
