Gentleman (and Ladies):
I got into a tangled mess with a Chinese Violin Company. They said they would guarantee my shipment of one violin, that I received with five major cracks. They said I could send photos of the cracks and the damage bill, which I did, but they have not responded to me at all as yet, as to what they can do about this situation.
I want to know if I can hire a lawyer through your association and what the costs would be. Since it is a collection case, am I really at a loss to sue this company.
